All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next business day). Once dispatched, Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days, while Express Shipping arrives within 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping is free on all orders over £50; otherwise it costs £4.99. Express Shipping is available for £9.99. We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Simply email us at info@exceliensparks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
